Automobile claims instruction cards are provided for all member vehicles as they are exempt from the requirement of carrying or establishing proof of insurance under the exemption contained in the Ohio Revised Code 4509.71. Each driver is provided with this card which may be given to any interested party in the event of a vehicular accident. Please submit the request below for additional auto insurance cards.
