MVRMA’s claims are administered by Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc.  MVRMA Members can report claims to Gallagher Bassett in one of the following ways:

Email (preferred method)

Claims can be emailed to Gallagher Bassett at MVRMAclaims@mvsc.com.

  • Include the attached First Report of Loss or Injury form. If you do not use the form, please include the information requested by the form within the email.
  • Claims can be reported via MVRMAclaims@mvsc.com 24/7/365.
  • Use the email address only for the initial reporting of a claim.
  • This email address is for members only. Do not provide to claimants.
